Appointments
- Appointments are scheduled Mon-Thurs 9am to 3pm
- There is a 2 business day prior cancellation policy for new patient appointments. This allows us to fill our schedule with other patients desiring appointments.
- Because the appointment slots are lengthy we require a credit card to schedule a new patient appointment. In the event that an appointment is not cancelled according to our policy you will be charged for the appointment.
Fees for Evaluations
- New patient appointments at the office are expected to last 1 hour. The initial consultation fee is $300.00.
Initial Functional Medicine Evaluation is tailored to your needs and may include:
- Digestion and Intestinal Health
- Functional Nutrition
- Food Sensitivities
- Detoxification support
To make the most of your appointment please review our program prior to your appointment so that we can focus on your evaluation.
Please make sure to have your forms filled out in advance and make a list of questions that you would like to ask. The more organized you are, the more efficient we can be.
- Follow-up Appointment fees are charged at $300.00 per hour. A typical follow-up appointment is scheduled 6-8 weeks after the initial evaluation.
Evaluations may include:
- Re-check of foundational program
- Review and explanation of lab results
- Food sensitivities
- Allergies – environmental
- Emotional Balancing
- Meridian Balancing – “AcuBalance™”
- Detoxification
- Hormone Balancing
- Headaches / Migraine Evaluation
- Sleep Problems
- And more

Supplements
- The cost of supplements is not included in the consultation fee. The products identified for your treatment are available at Crossing Back to Health so that you can start your program right away.
- To order supplements please visit our online store at xb2h.com and create your account. Orders may also be phoned in at (636 778-9158) or faxed to (636 778-9162). We ship the same day that we receive your order prior to noon during our regular business hours.
Laboratory Evaluations
Lab costs will depend on what labs are ordered by the doctor. The price of labs depends on your insurance carrier and is not included in the consultation fee.
