- Misleading claims on labels of our food can make it overwhelming to know what is healthy and what is not. Look for chemical names that you can’t pronounce – that’s a dead giveaway that there are preservatives and artificial flavorings present that contribute to poor health.
- Long shelf life equates to added chemical preservatives! Buy fresh when possible.
