Appointments are scheduled Monday-Wednesday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Thursday 8- 11 a.m.
There is a 1 week prior cancellation policy for new patient appointments. This allows us to fill our schedule with other patients desiring appointments.
Because the appointment slots are lengthy we require a credit card to schedule a new patient appointment. In the event that an appointment is not cancelled according to our policy you will be charged for the appointment.
We accept credit cards including Visa / Discover / Mastercard / American Express.
Cash and checks are also accepted.
Insurance – We are a cash based practice. We do not accept insurance and we have opted out of Medicare and Medicaid. Reimbursement from your Health Insurance company is based on your specific plan and varies by carrier. As such, we provide no guarantees that our services will be accepted for reimbursement from your insurer. We do not submit insurance claims however we will provide you with the diagnostic and visit codes in the form of a super bill which you can submit with your claim to your insurance carrier. We cannot assure you that your insurance company will reimburse you for the services and we are not staffed to assist you with your claim resolution. Billing – Payment is expected at the time of service. We will not bill for our services.
