What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is the natural state of mental and physical relaxation experienced multiple times a day when your critical mind is resting and your subconscious is available for positive suggestions. Just before waking, just before falling asleep, while watching a movie, reading a book, or while driving are examples of a Hypnotic state.

What it isn’t:
