3 Day Detox Cleanse

This 3 Day Cleanse will help you feel like new while improving your health and energy levels. This program was developed by The Dr. Oz Show. Before starting, below is a shopping list of everything that you will need for the cleanse and supplements that you will need to stay healthy.

Morning Detox Tea
Green Tea
1 Slice of Lemon
1 tsp. Stevia

Breakfast Drink
1 Cup Water
1 tbsp. Flax Seeds
1 Cup Raspberries
1 Banana
1/4 Cup Spinach
1 tbsp. Almond Butter
2 tsp. Lemon

Supplements
1/2 Multivitamin
Probiotic Supplement

Lunch Drink
4 Celery Sticks
1 Cucumber
1 Cup Kale Leaves
1/2 Green Apple
1/2 Lime
1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1 Cup Pineapple

Supplements
1/2 Multivitamin
Omega 3 Supplement

Snack
Repeat your favorite drink

Dinner Drink
1/2 Cup Mango
1 Cup Blueberries
1 1/2 Cup Coconut Water
1 Cup Kale
1 tbsp. Lemon
1/4 Avocado

Every Evening:

Detox Ultra Bath

A bath is a great way to relax in the evening and during this week it can help you detox, too!

Fill your bath and add 2 1/2 cups of Epsom Salt and 10 drops of lavender oil.
