Immune Boosting Smoothie

This smoothie is not only delicious but loaded with lots of Vitamin C to Boost the Immune System. For Optimal Health this Winter – give it a try. It’s easy and kids will love it too!


  1. 1 orange, peeled
  2. 1/2 cup pomengranite arils
  3. 1 banana
  4. 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  5. 1-2 Tbs honey to taste
  6. 4-6 oz almond milk
  7. 1/2 cup crushed iced – add more or less to get the desired consistency

Place everything in a powerful blender and blend until smooth.
Drink up and stay healthy!
